Senior Associate opportunity in Adelaide within a market-leading Energy, Resources & Projects practice. Join a national team advising on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, working across commercial, regulatory and project delivery matters.

The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and project contracts (including EPC, O&M and connection agreements), advising on electricity regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with engineers, developers and government stakeholders. You will work with a high-performing team on transformative energy and infrastructure mandates and have scope to progress your career.

The team embraces modern legal technology and innovation to improve efficiency and client outcomes, and the role includes mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to practice development.

Minimum 5 years PQE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house, with experience in corporate and/or energy & resources law.
Proven experience advising on complex commercial contracts and regulatory matters in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills; attention to detail and client-focused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a national team, engage with technical stakeholders, and mentor junior lawyers.
