Senior Associate, Environmental Transactions — Denver

Senior-level role in a busy environmental transactions team based in Denver. The position involves leading environmental diligence and risk analysis for corporate transactions across a range of sectors, including industrials, aerospace & defense, life sciences, and sports & entertainment.

The successful candidate will work on drafting environmental provisions in acquisition agreements, preparing diligence reports, and advising clients on mitigation strategies and regulatory considerations. This is a seat on a nationally active practice with significant transactional work.

• 5–9 years of environmental transactions experience, ideally from a large law firm
• Proven experience conducting environmental diligence, preparing diligence reports, and drafting environmental provisions for M&A agreements
• Strong legal writing and interpersonal skills; excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to a U.S. bar
