Experienced finance lawyer (5+ PQE) sought to join a highly ranked Manchester finance team. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions, working on regional, national and cross-border matters.

You will support and lead on complex financings, draft and negotiate principal finance documentation, manage transactions end-to-end and supervise junior team members. The role provides opportunity to build client relationships with banks, private credit funds, alternative lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers.

The team is collaborative and development-focused, integrated with a national finance practice and supported by an international network to deliver multi-jurisdictional advice.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience in finance transactions
Proven experience in leveraged finance, corporate lending and/or real estate finance
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on principal finance documents and transactional management experience
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and contributing to business development
