Join a market-leading antitrust & competition team in Brussels to work on Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) matters at the forefront of EU regulatory practice. You will advise on FSR implications across M&A, public procurement and market investigations, support complex filings to the European Commission, and help develop client compliance solutions.

The role involves preparing regulatory submissions, conducting FFCs data analysis, implementing internal compliance systems (including use of proprietary toolkits), and mentoring junior lawyers. You will collaborate with cross-border teams and contribute to thought leadership and client training on FSR developments.

Qualified to practise in an EEA jurisdiction
5–7 years PQE in EU competition, state aid, merger control or public procurement law; direct FSR experience preferred
Experience managing complex regulatory filings and multi-jurisdictional matters
Strong analytical, drafting, project management and client-facing skills
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver under tight deadlines
