Senior Associate, Intellectual Property (Life Sciences)

Growing IP team seeks a senior associate to work on life-sciences patent matters across patent prosecution and patent litigation. The role offers exposure to technically sophisticated work and collaboration with experienced IP practitioners.

The position is open in multiple U.S. offices, including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C. Candidates will be asked to provide law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

• Established experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation focused on life‑sciences technologies.
• Technical background in life sciences, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry or a related field preferred.
• Active bar admission in the U.S.; patent registration (USPTO) or eligibility to register is strongly preferred.
• Strong academic record; please be prepared to submit law school and undergraduate/graduate transcripts.
