Senior Associate, Intellectual Property Litigation — Alicante

Join a high‑calibre European IP litigation team based in Alicante handling complex, cross‑border disputes and proceedings before EUIPO and European courts. You will work on international IP litigation, prosecution, portfolio strategy, licensing and transactional matters with direct client contact.

The role offers integration into a collaborative, international practice with structured training, clear development paths and regular responsibility on significant mandates. You will be supported by an experienced team and exposed to a variety of contentious and advisory IP work.

• Strong academic legal qualifications and excellent English
• Interest in IP litigation, patent matters and cross‑border disputes
• Team‑oriented, curious and commercially aware mindset
• Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are a plus
