An established Australian law practice is expanding its Intellectual Property & Technology team and seeks two high-calibre Senior Associates to join the Melbourne office. The role offers exposure to a mix of IP work across prosecution, commercialisation and technology-related matters for corporate and institutional clients.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative specialist team working on technically complex matters alongside senior advisers. The position is well suited to lawyers with solid IP experience who want to deepen technical expertise and take on greater client-facing responsibility.

Qualified solicitor admitted in Australia with solid IP & technology experience at senior associate level.
Proven experience advising on IP matters (prosecution, licensing, enforcement or related commercial/technology transactions).
Strong drafting, analytical and client-management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to handle technically complex instructions.
