Working closely with leading practitioners in a globally integrated trade group, you will support clients across a wide range of industries on U.S. and international trade issues, including advisory guidance on export controls, licensing and classification, transactional support and due diligence, internal investigations, and government disclosures.
The role offers meaningful responsibility from the outset, direct engagement with attorneys and colleagues in offices worldwide, and the chance to develop practical solutions to evolving trade and geopolitical challenges in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

- Experience with encryption and other technologies, ideally including semiconductors and aviation/aerospace
- Demonstrated due diligence and contract negotiation experience
