Senior associate role within a global investment funds team based in Luxembourg. The team advises fund managers, service providers and investors on the full range of Luxembourg fund structures and cross-border fund transactions.

The role involves day-to-day fund work, cross-border collaborative projects with other offices, and a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will supervise junior lawyers, contribute to knowledge-sharing across the practice and take an active role in local business development.

The hiring team operates within a large international firm environment that supports agile working, professional development and internal legal-technology/project-management resources.

Minimum 5–6 years PQE in Luxembourg investment funds practice.
Qualified to the Luxembourg bar.
Master 2 (or equivalent) in law.
Excellent written and spoken English and French; German is an advantage.
Strong technical skills, client-focused and commercially aware; experience supervising junior lawyers.
