Join a well-established Debt Finance team in London with a strong leveraged finance practice and broad international reach. The team advises banks, direct lenders, private credit funds and private equity sponsors across mid-market leveraged financings and wider debt products.

This role will focus on leveraged finance transactions (TLBs, unitranche, second-lien, refinancings and related work) while offering exposure to the team's wider debt finance, project, real estate and restructuring matters. The team works across sector-focused clients, including technology, energy/energy transition and life sciences.

Substantial leveraged finance experience at a national or international law firm, with UK and international transaction exposure.
Proven transaction management skills and ability to run or supervise deal processes.
Strong drafting and review experience on credit agreements, intercreditor/subordination documentation, security packages and legal opinions.
Demonstrable ability to mentor and develop more junior lawyers; flexible on exact seniority/experience level.
