Experienced transactional lawyer needed to join a national finance practice in Atlanta, focusing on leveraged finance and private credit. The role centers on lead handling of sponsor-backed acquisition financings, multi-lender and unitranche structures, mezzanine and subordinated financings, and refinancings/recapitalizations in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

You'll work directly with lenders, private credit funds, BDCs and borrowers, take ownership of transactions from negotiation through closing, and advise on intercreditor mechanics, liability management transactions, and cross-border/multi-currency financings.

5–7 years' post-qualification transactional finance experience
Demonstrable leveraged finance/private credit experience (syndicated facilities, unitranche, mezzanine, subordinated structures)
Comfort negotiating intercreditor and subordination arrangements, amendments, and liability management transactions
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; able to drive transactions to closing
