Top-tier national finance team seeks a Senior Associate to join its Leveraged Finance and Private Credit group in Boston. The role offers hands-on responsibility on sponsor-backed acquisition financings and complex lending transactions across industries and jurisdictions.

Typical matters include multi-lender and syndicated facilities, unitranche and first-out/last-out structures, senior and mezzanine financings, cash-flow and asset-based lending, and liability-management and amend-and-extend transactions. You will work directly with lenders, private credit funds and other market counterparties and be expected to drive deals to closing in a fast-paced practice.

5–7 years' post-qualification experience in leveraged finance / private credit.
Proven experience on sponsor-backed acquisition financings, syndicated and multi-lender deals, and unitranche/first-out–last-out structures.
Familiarity with mezzanine/subordinated financings, preferred equity/co-investment structures, and intercreditor/subordination mechanics.
Transactional ownership — drafting, negotiation and client-facing responsibility in a high-volume practice.
