Experienced finance attorney sought for a national finance practice to handle complex leveraged finance and private credit transactions. The role involves leading deal execution for sponsor-backed acquisition financings, multi-lender and unitranche financings, mezzanine and subordinated financings, and liability-management and recapitalization matters.

The position offers direct client-facing responsibility, substantial drafting and negotiation of loan and intercreditor documentation, and ownership of transactions from documentation through closing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

5–7 years' experience in leveraged finance, private credit or related lending practice.
Proven experience representing financial institutions, private credit funds, BDCs or non‑bank lenders on sponsor-backed and multi‑lender transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and amendments/waivers.
Ability to manage deal teams, work directly with clients and opposing counsel, and drive transactions to closing.
Active jurisdictional qualification as required for the role.
