A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Bogotá or Medellín. Law degree with 10–12 years of professional legal experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong experience in civil and administrative litigation, including developing and implementing legal and procedural strategies.
Experience in domestic and/or international arbitration.
Knowledge of public and private contracting, including negotiation, structuring, drafting, and execution of complex civil and commercial agreements.
Experience advising on public and private tender processes and contracting procedures involving government entities.
Previous experience in law firms or roles with significant exposure to complex litigation and arbitration matters.
