Our Global Finance practice is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with at least seven years of experience to join our growing New York team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.

Represent high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, in sophisticated finance matters.
Work within a collaborative, elite practice group known for delivering superior results to leading financial institutions and corporations.

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience are required. Application materials should include a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a deal sheet.

Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing.
Minimum seven years of experience in complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.
