Senior Corporate Associate – Private Companies (Palo Alto)

An elite, global corporate practice is seeking a senior associate to join its Palo Alto office. The role focuses on representing high-growth private and public companies across formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions within a collaborative and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have six to seven years of general corporate experience at a national or international law firm, with a strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school. Candidates should be comfortable advising emerging growth and startup clients on the full lifecycle of corporate matters.
