Join a national Professional Indemnity practice as a senior associate handling contested and advisory matters across the professional, financial and management liability space. The role covers defence work for professionals and their insurers, regulatory and disciplinary matters, and complex coverage disputes.

You will run a varied caseload including multi‑party litigation and pre‑action work, coverage analysis and advisory work for insurers and syndicates, and contribute on strategically important matters with partner oversight. The post requires strong case management, drafting and strategic skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a national team.

Minimum c.4 PQE (flexible for strong candidates)
Experience in professional liability / financial lines and coverage disputes
Familiarity with the FCA‑regulated environment and FOS procedures
Excellent drafting, strategy and file management skills; able to run files independently
Solicitor practising certificate and completion of a Training Contract (or equivalent)
