A Senior Associate opportunity in a market-leading Real Estate team based in Brisbane. The role involves working on a broad range of transactional matters across asset classes including commercial office, logistics, retail, build-to-rent, hotels & leisure, social and affordable housing, and infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

You will join a collaborative, nationally integrated real estate practice advising developers, investors, government entities and funds on single-asset and multi-jurisdictional portfolio transactions, urban regeneration and leasing matters.

Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
5+ years post-admission experience in transactional real estate
Proven experience from a top or mid-tier, national or specialist boutique firm handling property transactions and leasing
Excellent academic record, strong attention to detail and commercial judgement
Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a market-leading practice; interest in AI and emerging technologies advantageous
