As a Senior Associate, you will take a visible senior role on complex transactional real estate matters, leading significant workstreams and, where appropriate, running matters day to day. You will build lasting client relationships, lead and develop high-performing teams, and contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice through collaboration, business development and innovation.

The team is consistently ranked at the top of legal directories for its work on high-value and high-profile deals, including major urban regeneration and structured transactions blending corporate, finance and land issues. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including institutional investors, developers and public sector bodies.

Significant post-qualification experience in high-quality transactional real estate work, at Senior or Managing Associate level.
Extensive experience across real estate development, investment, acquisitions and disposals.
Admitted to practice in England & Wales, or qualified in another jurisdiction with recent transactional experience in the UK market.
Excellent technical legal skills, including sophisticated drafting, negotiation, transaction management and risk identification.
Excellent academic record.
Experience supervising, coaching and giving feedback to junior lawyers.
Client-focused and collaborative approach, with evidence of building trusted relationships and contributing to business development.
Innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies, with a passion for advancing legal delivery.
