Senior Associate role in the Core Real Estate team of a global law firm’s Cardiff office. The role offers hands-on delivery on high-quality property transactions for a broad client base including institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers.

You will work across acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development projects and asset management, managing transactions end-to-end and collaborating with colleagues across the UK network.

The team offers mentorship opportunities, exposure to complex matters and support for career development within a full-service international practice. Flexible working arrangements are considered.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with c.8 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate.
Proven track record on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset-management matters; strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.
Commercially minded, able to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines; excellent communication and client-care skills.
