Senior Associate opportunity within a top-tier Melbourne real estate team with a strong focus on real estate finance, private credit, development and investment transactions. You will work on complex financings and capital-structure matters for lenders, investors and developers across major projects.

The role offers exposure to large-scale transactions and sophisticated counterparties, with responsibility for drafting key documentation, managing matters day-to-day and supporting client relationships. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and to mentor junior lawyers within the team.

Proven experience in real estate finance, private credit or related transactional work in a law firm or comparable environment
Excellent legal drafting, analytical and research skills
Strong client-service orientation and relationship management ability
Team player with experience mentoring junior colleagues and delegating work effectively
Enthusiasm for business development and contributing to pitches and client relationships
