Join a busy, commercially focused Real Estate team advising on a broad mix of development and investment matters, with particular strength in residential-led and mixed‑use projects. The role is transactionally focused and frequently involves elements of real estate finance, planning and landlord & tenant work.

The post-holder will lead on acquisition, disposal and funding work, draft and negotiate complex real estate documentation, support strategic land‑assembly and planning matters, and coordinate with colleagues across planning, finance, tax and construction on multidisciplinary matters.

This is a hands‑on senior associate role that includes supervising junior fee‑earners, supporting business development initiatives and acting directly for developers, investors, fund managers, landowners and occupiers.

Qualified solicitor with c.4–8 years PQE in real estate.
Proven experience on development and investment transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements (agreements for lease, development agreements, sale and purchase contracts).
Familiarity with real estate finance, planning law and landlord & tenant matters.
Strong technical drafting, commercial judgement, client‑handling and the ability to manage complex transactions with limited supervision.
Demonstrable team leadership and mentoring experience and appetite for business development.
