We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join a market-leading Real Estate practice. In this role you will advise national and international companies in the real estate sector on the full spectrum of real estate law matters, with a particular focus on private construction law and project development.

The practice handles transactions, real estate M&A, project developments, industrial site developments and asset management, working closely with international offices on cross-border mandates.

Two qualifying German state exams ('vollbefriedigend' or above)
At least 2 years' professional experience in a comparable position
Strong English language skills
Knowledge of and interest in real estate and construction law, especially private construction law and project development
Focus on out-of-court contract negotiation, advisory work and projects
Enjoyment of demanding legal work, negotiations and team collaboration
Solution-oriented, holistic thinking and structured working style
