Real Estate Public M&A - Senior Associate

An industry-leading Global M&A group is seeking a senior associate with 5+ years of experience to join its Public M&A team.

The role offers the opportunity to work on headline-grabbing M&A transactions, with a focus on public company deals (sellside and buyside) and related securities law matters. The team works across nationally recognized technology, life sciences, real estate, and financial services practices.

This position provides the chance to advise clients on a broad range of M&A and public company transactions, building versatile skills as a trusted strategic advisor within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

• 5+ years of M&A and transactional experience
• Focus on public company M&A (sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is a plus
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
• Deal sheet required
