Real Estate Senior Associate — San Francisco

San Francisco office seeking a senior associate or counsel to join a growing commercial real estate practice. The team handles a high volume of transactions for institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across the investment lifecycle and complex lending matters.

Successful candidates will have broad commercial real estate experience with significant exposure to acquisitions, dispositions and borrower- or investor-side financings. Joint venture experience is a plus. This role is eligible for the firm's annual bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

• J.D. and active bar license in good standing (U.S.)
• Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions and financings; joint venture experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
