Senior Associate - Securities Litigation

Senior associate position in a national securities and financial services litigation practice. The team handles complex securities disputes in federal courts and the Delaware Court of Chancery, representing institutional clients across a range of matters.

Openings are available in Boston, New York or Palo Alto. The role involves extensive briefing, discovery management, depositions, motion practice and collaboration on large litigation teams.

• 4–7 years post-JD litigation experience (clerks excluded)
• Extensive securities litigation experience in federal court and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Proven drafting, research and analytical skills; experience preparing briefs and motion practice
• Experience managing discovery and taking/defending depositions
• Comfort working on large litigation teams and strong professional work ethic
