Top-tier litigation team seeks a senior associate with substantial securities litigation experience. This role supports complex federal securities cases and Chancery Court matters across multiple U.S. offices.

Successful candidates will join large, multi‑disciplinary teams handling discovery, motion practice, depositions and appellate work. The group values strong writing, strategic judgment and the ability to manage significant case tasks.

Positions are open in multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, New York and Palo Alto). Applicants should have 4–7 years of post‑JD litigation experience focused on securities matters.

4–7 years post‑JD securities litigation experience (excluding clerkships)
Extensive experience litigating securities cases in federal court and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
Proven brief writing, legal research and motion practice skills
Experience managing discovery and taking/defending depositions
Comfort working on large litigation teams; strong work ethic and strategic thinking
