Senior Associate / Special Counsel, Property Insurance — Brisbane

Join a national general insurance team as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel based in Brisbane. The role focuses on property and construction insurance matters, including high-quantum property recoveries, first‑party indemnity disputes and property damage defence work.

• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience in general insurance law
• Proven experience in property/construction recoveries and insurer defence work
• Experience running matters through court proceedings and managing files end‑to‑end
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers or paralegals
• Strong drafting, advocacy, analytical and client‑facing skills
