A top-tier structured finance role within a busy London team advising on private securitisations, structured insurance/reinsurance transactions and other complex financing arrangements. The team works closely with banking, derivatives, funds and regulatory specialists to deliver integrated, commercial solutions for a diverse client base.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead and support multi-jurisdictional transactions, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice. The team values intellectual curiosity, collaboration and a practical approach to work–life balance.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or another common‑law jurisdiction) with 5+ PQE
Substantial technical experience in structured finance, including cross‑border or complex transactions
Demonstrable ability to structure, negotiate and document multi‑party financings
Experience supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively with related practice teams
Strong commercial judgement, excellent written/verbal communication and a proactive approach
