We are seeking a (Senior) Associate or Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) to join our Tax law team in Frankfurt, advising domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate tax law.

The team's focus covers project-oriented tax planning, tax advice on M&A transactions, group tax optimisation, structured financings and real estate acquisitions. The role involves close collaboration with other practice groups nationally and internationally.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, predominantly cross-border matters within a multidisciplinary team, with early responsibility, mentoring and hybrid working arrangements.

Several years of expertise in tax law, ideally within corporate and transactional tax
Above-average legal state exam results with a focus on corporate tax law and/or in-depth tax knowledge (e.g. Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH), LL.M. Tax, Fachanwaltslehrgang Steuerrecht, Steuerberater)
Strong English skills, ideally deepened through time abroad
Sound understanding of commercial context
Team-oriented, communicative and confident manner, with a desire to shape work independently
