(Senior) Associate — Tax & Private Clients, Munich

Join a leading Tax & Private Clients team in Munich advising corporates, investors, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals on complex domestic and cross‑border tax matters. Work on transactional tax, tax due diligence, restructurings, fund and investment structures, tax controversy and private client succession planning.

The role offers close client contact on international mandates, interdisciplinary collaboration with other practice groups and responsibility from an early stage. Positions are available full‑ or part‑time for both entry and experienced candidates within a collaborative team culture.

• Excellent legal degree or degree in economics with strong tax focus; tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) welcomed
• Very good English skills
• Additional academic qualifications (LL.M. or doctorate) are an advantage
• Interest in international, transactional and advisory work; team‑oriented with ability to work independently
