The team represents a market-leading roster of venture-backed startups and growth-stage technology companies, as well as the investors that fund them, across venture capital financings, private placements, and strategic M&A. The role offers a global platform that scales with clients as they grow and the chance to work on a high volume of sophisticated, high-profile technology transactions.

7–8 years of relevant experience at a major law firm.
Substantive focus on private offerings, venture capital financings, and transactions for emerging growth companies.
Strong academic credentials with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities and a driven, collaborative approach.
Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate would be based.
