Top-tier international firm seeks a senior associate to join its Technology Transactions and Licensing practice. The role focuses on life-sciences and technology matters, working on complex IP licensing, collaboration, development, services and distribution arrangements for commercial and biotech clients.

The hire will be part of a cross-office team, collaborating closely with corporate, IP, regulatory and tax colleagues on multi-party and sometimes cross-border transactions. The position offers substantial transactional responsibility and client-facing negotiation work.

4-5 years post-qualification transactional experience (technology transactions, licensing, or related IP work)
Proven experience structuring, drafting and negotiating IP licenses, collaboration, development, outsourcing or distribution agreements
Experience advising life-sciences or technology clients preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to work across interdisciplinary teams
J.D. (or equivalent) and active bar admission in the U.S.
