Senior Banking & Finance Associate — London

An established international law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its London banking & finance team. The role will focus on banking and lending work across domestic and cross-border transactions, working with syndicates, lenders and corporate borrowers.

The successful candidate will work on complex debt financings and refinancings, prepare and negotiate facility agreements and ancillary documents, and liaise with other practice areas and international offices as required.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent common-law qualification (England & Wales preferred).
• Significant experience at senior associate level in banking and lending transactional work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills; comfortable managing client-facing aspects of transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with international colleagues.
