Senior-level associate role in a busy commercial litigation and trial practice based in Miami. The team handles complex, industry-diverse civil matters with regular opportunities for courtroom work and dispositive hearings.

The position offers exposure to sophisticated case strategy, discovery management, and written and oral advocacy on high-stakes commercial disputes. The group works with a mix of national and regional clients across sectors.

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification litigation experience with trial and/or final-hearing exposure
• Strong research, drafting, oral advocacy and discovery skills; experience managing complex matters
• Excellent academic credentials; top law‑school background or class ranking preferred
• Federal clerkship a plus but not required
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility required
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required
