Senior Conflicts Attorney role supporting a national conflicts and risk-management function at a large, multi-office law firm. The position leads clearance and escalation for complex or sensitive matters, advises on lateral hire issues, and coordinates with senior leadership and governance committees to resolve conflicts efficiently.

The role includes performing conflict analyses, preparing and presenting clearance reports, reviewing engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for compliance, and conducting research on jurisdictional and ethical issues. This position also assists with team workflow, training, and onboarding of conflicts staff.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
At least 7 years of related conflicts/compliance or legal experience
Experience with conflicts databases, time-entry systems, and legal research tools
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience leading or training junior conflicts staff; ability to handle confidential matters and work to tight deadlines
