Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate — San Francisco

Senior associate role within a national private equity transactions group based in San Francisco. The team advises private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle, including buy‑side and sell‑side M&A, sponsor-backed financings and strategic counsel for portfolio company operations.

The role will have significant deal responsibility: leading and executing acquisitions, negotiating transaction documents, coordinating with financing counsel, and supporting business development initiatives. The group has particular strength in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work, and values an investment‑minded approach to client service.

• 5–7 years of corporate/private equity transactional experience (acquisitions and sponsor‑side work preferred)
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents and financing agreements
• Ability to manage deal processes and coordinate cross‑functional teams
• Strong commercial judgment, client communication skills and interest in business development
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
