Senior Finance Associate — Leveraged Finance & Banking (New York)

We are seeking a senior finance associate to join a market-leading Finance & Banking practice in New York, focused on sponsor-side leveraged finance and banking transactions.

The role offers significant responsibility across the full lifecycle of financing and securities deals, from structuring and due diligence through to execution and closing. You will work closely with sponsors and institutional clients on acquisition financings, buyouts, and complex capital structures.

This is a hands-on execution role with direct client contact and the opportunity to lead deal teams, within a collaborative and high-performing transactional environment.

• 7+ years of finance experience at a top-tier large New York firm
• Sponsor-side experience across a broad range of financing and securities transactions
• Proven ability drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
• Experience with leveraged sponsor buyouts, acquisition financings, secured and unsecured offerings, and liability management transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to manage due diligence and lead transaction execution
• Full deal sheet of transactional matters required for consideration
