Senior-role within a specialist UK education immigration team, working across London and Sheffield offices. The post-holder will manage a portfolio of education-sector client accounts, deliver strategic UK immigration advice, and oversee sponsor compliance, student and staff visa matters.

The role combines hands-on casework management with client relationship ownership, team supervision and contribution to business development, training and template/documentation upkeep. You will work autonomously on complex or sensitive matters while coordinating with paralegals and other colleagues to meet service levels and billing responsibilities.

Proven experience advising education-sector clients on UK immigration, including Student, Child Student and Skilled Worker routes
Experience with sponsor compliance and account management in the education sector
Strong client-facing skills with experience leading client calls/meetings and developing business
Excellent technical knowledge of UK immigration policy and attention to detail
Ability to manage a caseload autonomously, supervise junior team members and produce management information
