Join a market-leading immigration practice as a senior associate and develop an expert-level understanding of a diverse client base and the industries it supports. As a senior member of client teams, you will independently oversee and manage assignments with minimal supervision, using legal precedents to address client situations and devising creative solutions.

You will research complex technical immigration issues and formulate strategies, independently execute case preparation and filing, and articulate complex issues to a variety of audiences. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with key stakeholders, as well as mentoring and supervising junior associates and staff, is central to the role.

You will also contribute to quality, efficiency, and standardization initiatives, support marketing and business development opportunities, and collaborate with teams locally, regionally, and firmwide. The practice is collegial and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to professional development and best practices.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association
3–5 years of experience at associate level
Exceptional working knowledge and understanding of immigration law
Prior team management experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to exceptional client service
