This role sits within the Contracts & Commercial team of a global law firm's Governance & Compliance function. You will support the Associate GC – Contracts and Governance in delivering the firm's commercial contracting, procurement, third-party risk, and contractual governance agenda across its international network. The position blends high-quality commercial contracting work with innovative transformation activity at the intersection of law, technology, and business change.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across all offices, you will help ensure consistent standards while recognising local legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements. You will support the development of contracting playbooks, governance frameworks, templates, and risk models, and help deliver training and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Genuine interest in technology, innovation, automation, and agentic AI.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about delivering change.
