Senior role within an Innovation, Design & Technology team supporting the Corporate practice. You will engage with corporate clients and senior lawyers to identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements, design solutions and support delivery of pilots and roll-outs.

The role has a strong focus on driving GenAI adoption and shaping future-ready delivery models — combining legal transactional experience with legaltech knowledge, change leadership and client-facing advisory skills. You will coach and train lawyers, support complex use cases, and work across multidisciplinary teams to embed new ways of working.

Minimum 4 years PQE in a major corporate transactional practice
Practical experience with legal technology and GenAI tools, and proven ability to drive adoption
Track record leading improvement or change projects and building business cases
Comfortable engaging directly with clients and senior stakeholders; strong presentation and coaching skills
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery and using data or statistics to support proposals
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
