A global law firm is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join its Practice Innovation and Knowledge Solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to shape how legal knowledge, training and innovation are delivered across US practices, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to drive quality, consistency and client value.

The position can be based in Miami, New York, or New Jersey on a hybrid basis. As a trusted adviser to legal teams, you will lead the development of high-quality knowledge resources, deliver impactful training, and contribute to the firm's broader innovation agenda. The team brings together Knowledge Management, Information Services, and legal innovation specialists to deliver market-leading solutions.

You will collaborate with practice groups, Business Development, IT, and Risk & Compliance to support strategic priorities, and drive the adoption of legal technology, including AI tools, to enhance legal delivery and efficiency.

Qualified attorney with significant post-qualification experience (typically 7–10+ years) gained in private practice
Experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or equivalent role, or a strong interest in transitioning into a knowledge and innovation role
Expertise in insurance and litigation is preferred, but not required
Strong understanding of how knowledge, training and innovation support high-performing legal teams and clients
