Join a leading specialist employment practice in Dublin as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to help build market-leading employment law knowledge, training, and business development capabilities within a growing, collaborative team.

You will work closely with the team of around twenty employment lawyers in Ireland, as well as colleagues in the UK and internationally, to deliver high-impact knowledge and learning initiatives for both the firm and its clients.

Qualified lawyer with strong employment law expertise, either in private practice or in-house
Experience in a knowledge lawyer role, or looking to transition into one
Excellent writing, analytical, and organisational skills with a clear communication style
Creative and inquisitive mindset, with a flair for drafting or journalism an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, team focus, and commercial awareness of the Irish market
Good practical knowledge of IT, AI tools, and know-how systems
Ability to lead training sessions and manage client-facing knowledge events
