Senior Legal Counsel, Technology — Canberra

Senior legal counsel role on a flexible/contract basis within a well-regarded Australian full‑service practice. The role focuses on technology-related matters including commercial technology contracts, procurement and data protection/privacy work across both private and public sector clients.

The appointment offers exposure to high‑profile, industry‑leading mandates, secondment opportunities and access to firm resources and development support. You will join a collaborative, high‑performing team that values client service, continuous learning and career progression.

• Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in technology, IT procurement, commercial or privacy work
• Experience in a top‑tier firm and/or in‑house or secondee roles preferred
• Strong client‑service focus and ability to build trusted relationships
• Proven collaboration skills and ability to work in fast‑paced teams
