An established full-service law firm seeks an experienced litigator to join its Atlanta office within a nationally recognized insurance practice. The role involves sophisticated, high-exposure civil litigation on behalf of insurers, corporations, transportation and logistics companies, and other commercial clients.

The position offers the chance to work closely with nationally recognized trial lawyers and insurance industry leaders on significant matters across the country, collaborating with colleagues in multiple offices on complex national cases.

Matters span property and casualty claims, transportation and trucking litigation, commercial and business disputes, environmental and toxic tort claims, mass tort and catastrophic loss matters, and contract and indemnification disputes.

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility for prompt admission
8+ years of litigation experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex civil litigation through all phases
Significant deposition, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation experience
Experience representing insurers, transportation or logistics companies, manufacturers, or other commercial entities preferred
Exposure to insurance coverage, transportation and trucking, environmental, toxic tort, mass tort, or complex casualty matters desirable
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with strong analytical and client-counseling abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior attorneys
