A leading law firm is seeking highly qualified senior associates to join its Technology Companies M&A group in San Francisco.

The team advises on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions, with a focus on early- and late-stage technology companies as well as leading venture capital investor clients.

Candidates should have significant experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently. The role calls for a proactive approach, strong business sense, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.
