Join a market-leading Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team as a Senior or Managing Associate. The group is one of the largest dedicated financial services disputes teams in the UK, operating from multiple offices and handling high-value, complex contentious work.

Work covers a broad spectrum of matters including banking and secured-lending litigation, professional negligence, investment disputes, regulatory and fraud investigations, trade finance and receivership instructions. The role offers direct client contact, supervisory responsibility and opportunities for business development and know‑how contribution.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) currently operating at Senior/Managing Associate level
Proven track record running a caseload of financial services or property-related litigation (secured lending, mortgage repossession, title rectification or recoveries)
Sound knowledge of CPR and litigation procedure and experience supervising junior fee-earners
Commercially minded with business development exposure and strong client relationship skills
