A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor with a passion for Real Estate law to join its Digital Legal Delivery team in Melbourne. This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients, innovative legal technology, and global strategic projects.

You will be responsible for delivering real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions. You will provide commercially focused, practical, and high-quality legal advice, taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.

You will supervise and mentor junior team members, act as a key client contact, and collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups globally to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.

Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice
Current unrestricted practicing certificate
Leasing experience including drafting and negotiating leases and related documents; high-volume leasing practice experience highly regarded
Strong academic results and a commitment to continuous learning
Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and matter management
Experience supervising juniors and a passion for developing others
An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies
