Senior Trademark Attorney — Prosecution & Enforcement

Established intellectual property team is hiring a Senior Trademark Attorney to support trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. This role focuses on U.S. and international trademark portfolio management, clearance, prosecution, investigations and routine enforcement for national brand clients.

The position is an alternative to a traditional partnership track and offers a lower billable requirement while working on leading-edge trademark issues. Candidates based in several U.S. offices will be considered.

• Minimum 7 years of direct trademark prosecution experience.
• Experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including clearance, prosecution, investigations and enforcement.
• Strong legal writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience working with brand clients.
