Senior Trademark Attorney – Prosecution & Enforcement

A nationally recognized Trademark & Copyright team is seeking an Of Counsel or Senior Team Attorney with substantial direct trademark prosecution experience to join its growing practice. This is a non-partnership-track role offering a lower billable hour requirement while still providing the opportunity to work on sophisticated, cutting-edge trademark matters for well-known brand clients.

The position involves helping manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios, with a focus on clearance, prosecution, investigations, and routine enforcement. Candidates interested in a range of office locations will be considered.

• At least 7 years of direct trademark prosecution experience
• Experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• Specific experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, investigations, and routine enforcement
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
