Practice-oriented role within a leading global corporate/M&A team based in Munich. The role focuses on project and transaction management across cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and complex corporate reorganisations.

You will be embedded in a matter-optimisation/project-management team working alongside corporate deal teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing due diligence processes, supporting signing and closing activities and implementing post-closing measures, using modern legal‑tech tools.

The role involves regular contact with clients and close collaboration with colleagues across Germany and international offices on high‑calibre transactional work.

Law degree (e.g. LL.M. or equivalent) or comparable qualification.
Business‑fluent German and English.
Initial experience or exposure to M&A transactions and due diligence (internships, traineeships or first role desirable).
Strong project/transaction management skills, attention to detail and comfort with legal technology tools.
Team player with an interest in international transactional work and complex legal issues.
